Order Processing and Shipping:

- Please allow 1-14 days for processing orders. After that, please allow up to 1-7 days for shipping.

Shipping Responsibility:

- Please note that after packages are dropped off at the post office, the shop is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

Address Accuracy:

- Please insert your correct address at checkout. If you put in the wrong address, email us ASAP after you confirm the order. If you do not provide the correct address, the package will be sent back to us, and you will need to pay for shipping again. 

Lost Packages:

- If your package has been lost in the USPS system or if your package has been marked as “delivered” and you haven’t received it, please contact USPS to file a claim. 

Refund Policy:

- Last but not least, NO REFUNDS. All sales are final after you purchase from checkout.
